Media Release

By signing up, I give permission for Alliance Arts to use media (photo, video & audio) of myself/my child. I understand that I am giving Alliance Arts my full consent and authorisation to use, print and distribute audio, photo & video footage. Media will be used for educational, informational and promotional purposes. I also give consent for Alliance Arts to use my/my child's media for (but not limited to) publications, newsletters, newspaper articles, advertising, social media, interviews and TV.

This material might also be used across other artistic companies and councils for promo uses. I understand that even after leaving Alliance Arts, my/my child's media may still be used for the above purposes to promote the services we provide. I also understand that Alliance Arts may contact me via email, phone, social media or post to send out newsletters or important updates.

Details will be kept on file by Alliance Arts, and is valid for the duration of a participants enrolment at Alliance Arts. By signing up, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the contract and media release. The wording in this contract is not to be modified in any way.
