Alliance Arts must be notified as soon as possible if contact details change to ensure we are able to reach you. Your number and email provided will be used by us to contact you about your membership.

All students are enrolled in a 6-week trial period upon joining Alliance Arts. During this time, Alliance Arts will assess a student's suitability for continued participation based on their overall behaviour, focus, and commitment demonstrated in class. We encourage students to wear the official Alliance Arts uniform once they have completed their trial period and become full members of our program. The uniform promotes a sense of belonging and unity within our community.

As we are a small, self-funded organisation, we can not offer deals or discounts on services we provide unless we are running a promotion or special service.

Classes differ depending on the season therefore, you might not always get the same choreographer each week. Alliance Arts’ dancers train in various styles and aim to offer an all rounded, versatile service in the arts.

Once a student has entered the premises, it is their responsibility to ensure they remain on-site and follow the instructions of our staff members and choreographers. Alliance Arts will not be held accountable for any injuries resulting from student negligence or disobedience. It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to ensure their child understands the importance of behaving in a safe manner while on-site or at external events, including avoiding roaming out of the building or event perimeters. Students are reminded not to attempt any dangerous manoeuvres or engage in careless behaviour that could result in injury. It is the student's responsibility to recognise the potential dangers and refrain from attempting such acts. When classes conclude, students/parents must promptly vacate the premises, ensuring timely collection of students.

-
Parent and Guardian Waiting Policy: For the safety and focus of students participating in our classes, Alliance Arts has implemented a policy that prohibits parents and guardians from waiting inside the main dance studio or hall where activities are taking place. This measure is in place to ensure a secure and distraction-free learning environment for our students. By limiting access to the main activity area, we can minimise disruptions and create a more conducive atmosphere for effective instruction and student engagement.

-
Attire and Prohibited Items: Please ensure that students arrive in appropriate attire conducive to performing arts activities. Suitable attire includes comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Footwear should be appropriate for the activity; sandals, heavy boots, slippers, and school shoes are not permitted during sessions. Additionally, dresses or clothing unsuitable for physical activities are discouraged. To maintain a focused and safe learning environment, we kindly request that students do not bring electrical accessories such as iPads, tablets, expensive phones, gaming consoles, or other distracting items into the class. These items should be left with a parent or guardian during the session. Please be aware that Alliance Arts is not responsible for any damages or losses of personal items brought to our premises. It is the sole responsibility of the student to safeguard their belongings.

-
Alliance Arts reserves the right to change its T’s & C’s at any given time without notice to you without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis. We also reserve the right without limitation to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

You must contact us in advance to inform us of any upcoming long absences etc. Once the fee has been paid, no refunds will be given due to hall and teacher fees needing to be paid. Students that have not paid will not be permitted to attend that service. Alliance Arts reserve the right to charge a late payment fee if fees remain unpaid.
We have designed this system to be as straightforward and simple as possible for both our users and the operation of the organisation. Signing this document confirms you have read and understood all of the terms above. The wording in this contract is not to be modified in any way.
